Event Setup

Position Information

As part of the Event Setup staff, your job responsibilities will include cleaning up
and setting up for each event / wedding. Paid, thorough training with strict expectations
is provided; excellent attention to detail is required.

Job duties include,
but are not limited to:
  • Assisting In Setting Up For Various Types Of Events At Several Onsite Locations
  • Cleaning
  • Coordinating & Reporting With The Event Manager
  • Ensuring That All Fire Guidelines & Safety Standards Are Followed
  • Ensuring That The Event Spaces Are Clean & Organized At All Times
    (Post & Prior To Event)
  • Helping Arrange Chairs & Tables
  • Maintaining Inventory
  • Setting Place Settings
  • Etc.
  • Must always be a friendly, team player.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and on weekends.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Must have an excellent eye for detail.
  • Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service, as needed.
  • Must possess good communication skills with management and staff.
  • Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
  • Must possess strong physical dexterity and the ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
