Event Setup
As part of the Event Setup staff, your job responsibilities will include cleaning up
and setting up for each event / wedding. Paid, thorough training with strict expectations
is provided; excellent attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities
Job duties include,
but are not limited to:
- Assisting In Setting Up For Various Types Of Events At Several Onsite Locations
- Cleaning
- Coordinating & Reporting With The Event Manager
- Ensuring That All Fire Guidelines & Safety Standards Are Followed
- Ensuring That The Event Spaces Are Clean & Organized At All Times
(Post & Prior To Event) - Helping Arrange Chairs & Tables
- Maintaining Inventory
- Setting Place Settings
- Etc.
Requirements
- Must always be a friendly, team player.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and on weekends.
- Must be highly motivated.
- Must have an excellent eye for detail.
- Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service, as needed.
- Must possess good communication skills with management and staff.
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess strong physical dexterity and the ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
